The Board of Trustees of the IBEW Local 701 Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Fund has adopted the following changes to the Plan effective October 3, 2005:

Change to Eligibility Rules - Effective Monday, October 2, 2005, you will not be eligible for SUB Fund benefits on days that you were unavailable for work or removed from the book because you refused or were unavailable for two out of three job offers. Your eligibility for SUB fund benefits will be reinstated after your next job assignment ends.

Directing Contributions to the Retirement Savings Fund - The sweep of excess SUB fund contributions the Retirement Savings Fund is suspended.
