the freedom to decide the way to invest your money that is best for your retirement
planning.
The Plan provides a wide range of investment
options for your individual Plan account. You can make changes to your
investment elections or request performance updates on the funds.

a withdrawal from your Plan contact Prudential Retirement on-line or by

Toll-Free Access:
Prudential's toll-free Voice Response system
gives you access to your retirement plan information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
by calling 1-877-778-2100. Retirement Representatives are
available to speak with you Monday through Friday 8:00 am until
9:00 pm eastern time. Have your account number and Personal Identification Number
(PIN) available when you call. If you do not have a PIN, call the Fund
Office at (630) 393-1701.
Please Note:
The Plan requires that you attend and sign in
at a Prudential/Fund sponsored investment education meeting or complete a
retirement education on-line course at www.prudential.com/signature/TH;
password 701, before you are eligible to direct or perform account changes.
